About our listings
The content of each rental listing is believed to be accurate; however, virtual tours and photos may not be the most current, confirm with the advertiser, prior to signing documents or contracts. For Rent Online is an Advertising Service provider.
For Rent Online assumes no responsibility, and makes no guarantee, implied or otherwise, as to the accuracy of information contained in the listings. All information contained in the listings has been provided by the advertiser. All transactions take place directly between the advertiser and the user and are the responsibilities of such parties. We do not represent the advertiser or the user of this site.
If you do not agree with these terms please do not use our site, by proceeding with membership, you agree to all conditions, and we cannot be held liable.
Memberships are single user only.
Purchasing a membership does not gaurantee you will find a home on our website, each owner is responsible for their own actions, and each renters is responsible for their own actions, For Rent Online simply provides a way for the two parties to connect with each other. For Rent Online is not involved in any tenancy decisions.
Login names must be appropriate, and will be removed otherwise. (Keep in mind a potential landlord will be revealed your login name, if you request info by email)
Memberships expire automatically after 30 days. Memberships are not renewable. New memberships must be purchased if property is not found within 30 days.
For Rent Online does not have access your passwords, (and cannot retrieve them) please keep the email you receive, as it is the only proof we will accept as verification for your membership. Without this, memberships cannot be replaced.
Members of For Rent Online, are not to spam clients listed, any report of spam from any member will instantly have their membership revolked and non-refunded.
For Rent Online, reserves the right to revoke any membership, that is not in compliance with our rules.
For Rent Online may from time to time, contact you for feedback or other related matters.
