Please send us any emails such as this asap, so we can bann them from emailing others.
Ignore inquiries such as these; anything that asks for bank info, password info, documents, money in advance, etc,
Please forward any emails you receive to us at forrentonline and we will ban them from using our site. We will post their emails.

My company is Located in the United Kingdom.It's a small scale company but we are planning to start up something new in Canada and also working ahead of Canada 2010(The Olympics).
I do not own a home in the Uk but i live in a rented shared apartment in Manchester,England.I have my Family in Gal way ,Ireland.I ve never been to Canada and don't have a local friend that can come over to view the place .
Please kindly do all you can to make sure i get this rental.I will be glad if you can consider this place mine and also if you keep this rental off advert. I should arrive into the house by 30th week of November 2008.
Concerning the require Move_in deposit,i want you to furnish me with your Full Name,Address and Telephone number so as to enable my employer make available via check for the the cost of the required deposit to secure this place.i.e $825..CAD first month rent+ $400CAD Damage deposit.
It's kinda difficult but i believe this can work out with your co-operation and understanding.
I will be making payment for the accommodation on every 1st day of every month so i sincerely do promise you that i will not have problems paying my monthly rent and ultility bills .
I am a 34 years old man ,a Christian , no child yet and never married.I am very hard working,dedicating,respectful,humble and friendly.I like to clean my surroundings and also wash all the dishes.I do my laundries from time to time.I am respectful of other's personal lifestyles,belongings, as well as their privacy.All I ask in return is for my future mate or landlord to reciprocate the very same actions that I give to them. I have a very culturally diverse personality, therefore I have the ability to connect to individuals from different walks of life.
Are you the owner of this accommodation?
I will be coming over to the House with my laptop . I should be spending my chrism ass and new year holiday in the Canada. I really want this place as soon as possible as i should arrive to Canada by the first week of November. I am yet to book my flight details due to some reasons beyond my control but should do that probably soon.
I do not have any contact in Kelowna as this is my first visit to Canada.
Concerning payment for the require Move-in deposit,i have a client in Canada who i sold some of my products to some months ago.I contacted him some few hours ago concerning the funds and he had agreed to make payment to you on my behalf Via a certified Check or a Bank transfer to an account with Royal Bank of Canada(RBC).I guess this is better because checks from another countries will take about 20 working days before it will clear from the bank.He had requested for your Full name or Bank account details so as to enable remit the funds to you as soon as possible.
I will notify you as soon as the payment is been mailed or transfer to your bank account.
I should be shipping over to the house some of my personal belongings.Please do tell me more about the weather in Canada during this time of the year.I will be glad to see a Picture of you also lol''
